Barrett Distribution will open another Barrett fulfillment warehouse expanding their network of shared and dedicated warehouse & fulfillment centers. The new warehouse will be located in Somerset, NJ and provide direct to consumer and retail fulfillment services for a European cosmetics company. Barrett will be hiring several dozen new employees to engineer and manage the fulfillment center benefiting the local economy in Somerset.
“This marks the 14th warehouse and fulfillment center for Barrett Distribution,” said Senior Vice President Scott Hothem. “This moves us into a key Northeast market for our national third party warehousing and fulfillment services. We are increasingly getting inquiries from customers for direct to consumer and retail logistics services and the latest facility in New Jersey compliments our Memphis and California operations to provide our customers a truly end-to-end, nationwide fulfillment network.”
