Erie Third Party Warehouse Services
Palisades Logistics’ 3PL customers have access to more than 550,000 square feet of third party warehouse space spread over four facilities located within the Erie metropolitan area. Each facility is easily accessed by either I-79 or I-90 and is located within 500 miles of all major road, rail, and water shipping routes serving the East Coast, Midwest, and Southern Canada. These facilities feature advanced offerings, including industry-leading warehouse management systems, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, and food-grade storage compliance – all features which allow Palisades Logistics to meet the more specialized needs of its customers.
The Erie 3PL warehouse network consists of one facility featuring 130,000 square feet of space that includes a maintenance garage and washing bay, as well as warehouse and office space; a second 80,000 sq. ft. facility with five dock doors; a third facility with 176,000 square feet of warehouse space that is FTZ, FDA, and AIB certified for food storage and distribution; and a fourth facility with 167,000 square feet of FTZ certified space.
Each facility features a security system and either a wet or dry fire safety system as required.
